Rufino “Rufy” Garcia
Founder & Owner. What began with four brothers, their father, and a willingness to wash dishes has become a vertically integrated food enterprise serving restaurants across Georgia. Rufy built Alamo Food Services by solving problems — first for his own family's restaurants, and then for restaurants across the region.
